Triangle Home Sales Up 32% In October

Triangle home sales increased 32% in October compared to the same period a year ago; the Triangle has recorded double-digit sales increases in all of the first three quarters of 2012. Pending sales, showings, and average home prices were all up, and number of days on market has dropped year-over-year. Decreasing inventory levels are helping to drive sales; the Triangle now has five month inventory supply, a near-record low. Read more at the News And Observer.
