Looking for a fun way to enjoy some local flavor this weekend? Try the first ever Wine & Cheese Day at the North Hills Farmer’s Market this Saturday from 10 AM to noon! They will be offering wine samples from several NC vineyards and interesting information about the history of wine production in NC. There will also be featured appetizer pairings provided by A Small Affair catering, and cheese samples will be provided by The Cultured Cow. You’ll also have a chance to learn about cheese production and sample some dishes that incorporate Cultured Cow cheeses, in a cooking demo with Chef Alyssa! Music will be provided by John Harris Band. Get there early for North Hill’s Conditioning on the Commons series, which features a free fitness class, 8am to 9am, led by Fitness Connection.
