How is your role important to the success of your organization and how have you contributed to the organization’s growth?
In an industry founded on emotional, life-changing decisions, and working for a highly talented, entrepreneurial owner, I’ve remained a constant grounding force that has helped to steer a steady course for our company to support our agents and their clients.
Over my 30-year career with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, we’ve grown our Wake County reach exponentially to become a regional real estate company with 15 sales offices covering central North Carolina from Mebane to Goldsboro. We’ve expanded our offerings to include mortgage loans, title insurance, and rental management services to become a company ready to serve buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process from “for sale” to “sold.”
What do you consider to be your greatest professional achievements in the past year?
I took a hard look at our agent recruitment process and the efficiency of our internal systems to ensure that our new team members are easily able to jump right into production upon joining the company. Our new streamlined onboarding process has already proven to be a driving force in our real estate agents’ marketing efforts and sales success.
