More good news for the housing market: Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist for the National Association of REALTORS ®, reported last week that both the annual sales pace and home prices are both up year-over-year in September. Both indicators have trended upwards at around 11% higher than this time last year. Additionally both inventory and average days on the market have dropped, which should cause the upward home price trend to continue.
