Southern Living has named Durham as a finalist in their “Tastiest Town in the South” competition. The competition is stiff with established culinary standouts Charleston, Miami, New Orleans, and Austin among others in the running. North Carolina and South Carolina both managed to get two finalists into the top 10 (the only two states to do so) with Asheville also making the cut. You can vote for Durham on the Southern Living website through February 28th! There are some great suggestions on local favorites too, so check out where people are buzzing about and dig in!
