I don’t understand all the madness with this basketball tournament, I’m trying to sell houses!! I was hoping it wouldn’t interfere with the real estate market, and this past weekend proved that wasn’t the case. I proudly sold 2 listings. Both entered on Friday … and sold by Saturday! 7205 Catamount Court sold for over list price due to a bidding war and 5612 Orchard Gate Way was such a charming home it didn’t take long for someone to fall in love with it.
