From Love Local RDU:
The Raleigh City Farm is helping to breathing life into downtown Raleigh in the form of a fully-functioning urban farm. This non-profit utilizes what may otherwise be vacant lot space in an effort to activate and invigorate the community, create local food supply, and improve access to fresh and healthy foods. The Farm also thrives on volunteer support; you can donate your time, talent and energy to the project in a variety of ways from business support to the actual work of farming. In addition to supplying produce to several local restaurants, the Raleigh City Farm sells freshly farmed goods onsite at The Farmstand every Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM and at the Historic City Market each Wednesday from 4 PM-7 PM.
The Market is held every Wednesday from 4 PM-7 PM at Historic City Market
