Triangle Towns rank among NC’s Healthiest Housing Markets

Much like the weather, our Triangle real estate market is hot. Homes are selling in record time at record prices all over the eight-county area. In fact, financial technology site SmartAsset recently reported that Morrisville, Garner, Knightdale and Holly Springs rank among the top 10 healthiest housing markets in the state.

SmartAsset reviewed data from the U.S. Census Bureau and Zillow to gather healthy-housing indicators to compare all of the Tar Heel State’s cities and towns. The variables researched included stability, affordability, fluidity and risk of loss.

Morrisville ranked second on the list with Garner and Knightdale following closely behind in fourth and fifth place, respectively. Holly Springs nabbed ninth place.
